You could try using ...
You could try using only downstrokes that way switching between chords and playing them should be easy. That's how I learn new songs, I simply play the rhythm using downstrokes? only and when I get more comfortable with the song I add upstrokes, hammer ons and what have you.

thanks for the comment. I really know what you are dealing with. Even as you progress and the chords get harder you will find with many of them you cannot play every string. I will do a short video on just that subject? . The real key to learning how to play guitar is to not give up..

Hi, your video was great help but can you do a quick video on how to strum the guitar for the different chords. I am having difficulty doing them both at the same time as i am only beginner and when i am playing the chords whilst strumming the guitar it doesn't sound right.?
